AWS Quickstart error: Unable to unzip generated node bundle; was the correct one time download key used?

When trying to run the AWS Corda Quickstart (https://aws.amazon.com/quickstart/architecture/r3-corda/), Vijay from AWS is encountering the issue in the attached logs.

The process exits with error code 1, with the message:

[ERROR] Unable to unzip generated node bundle; was the correct one time download key used?

As a result, the node fails to configure itself or start up.
