Delete flow results/ exceptions once received by rpc client

Description

Once the result of a flow has been received successfully by the rpc client, the result/ exception of the flow is not needed. It is therefore just sitting around and taking up disc space.

To improve this, we should delete the record from the `flow_results`/ `flow_exceptions` tables and sever the link to the main checkpoint record when the node has received acknowledgement that the result was received.
