Delete flow results once received by rpc client

Description

Once the result of a flow has been received successfully by the rpc client, the result of the flow is not needed. It is therefore just sitting around and taking up disc space.

To improve this, we should delete the record from the `flow_results` table and sever the link to the main checkpoint record when the node has received acknowledgement that the result was received.
