[Shell-Cli] does not disconnect from the node after running ‘run shutdown’ command

Description

Components/versions: OS 4.4-RC02, CENM 1.1, Shell-cli tool.

1.Run a node (devMode = false).

2. Connect to it via shell-cli tool

3. Execute some command there (flow list or flow start CashIssueFlow amount: 121 USD, issuerBankPartyRef: 1050, notary: "Notary")

4. Run “run shutdown”

Expected: node is shut down, shell-cli is disconnected from the node.

Actual: Shell-Cli stays connected and throws error to console. After pressing Ctrl+C and then 'flow list' - the flow just hangs.

Please note that for ‘run gracefulShutDown' and when we connect to the node via ssh and run ‘run shutdown’ and 'run gracefulShutdown’ node shuts down and the connection is off.

Additionally, in docs it is said how the node should behave when running these commands, but it is not said whether the connection to the node via shell-cli will be off or not.
