Initial registration, --network-root-truststore-password is required as comand line argument, yet when password is in config, then it's taken from config not cli

Description

When running

You get:

Ok, so then you run:

And you get:
[ERROR] 17:35:14+0000 [main] internal.NodeStartupLogging.invoke - Exception during node startup: Network root trust store path: '/home/kstreich/IdeaProjects/corda/testing/distributed-notary-setup/notary-1/certificates/network-root-truststore.jks' doesn't exist [errorCode=szfwpy, moreInformationAt=https://errors.corda.net/ENT/4.0-RC04/szfwpy]

password in command is correct, so what is going on?
It turns out, that even though the command for --network-root-truststore-password is required
if you have in node.conf keyStorePassword field set to something different it will take precedence.
